It’s always a joy to welcome an author back to the TOC table, especially if she’s one of our favorites (looking at you, Idra Novey) and especially if she’s joined by two other remarkable talents (check and check, Krystal Sital and Anna Pitoniak). And ESPECIALLY if the conversation leads (as it did) to identity, colonization, fraught familial and personal histories with food, and the reasons we can let our guard down over a meal.
